If you arrive 15 min late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and considered a no-show. No-shows (canceling within 24 hrs of appointment time) will be banned from booking any future services.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time directly through your confirmation email. Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Our studio is located at 11601 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 211, Miami, FL 33181, on the second floor.

Once you exit the stairs or elevator, make three left turns to reach Suite 211.

If you’re arriving outside of regular business hours, the front entrance will be locked.

Please use the keypad to ring LOUNABELLE and you’ll be buzzed in.

Please avoid caffeine, use bathroom prior, arrive with no eye makeup, dry hair, and avoid low buns/ clips/ ponytails for the fastest and most efficient service.

A $40 deposit (plus processing fees) is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service balance and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining balances must be paid by cash or card at the time of service. A 4% processing fee applies to all card payments. ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
