Program Overview: What You’ll Learn

Week 1 – Foundation & Exposure (10 hours)

• 6 hrs: Mannequin training (isolation, placement, mapping)

• 2 hrs: Lash theory: safety, sanitation, retention, styles

• 2 hrs: Shadowing a live model demo

Week 2 – Skill Building (10 hours)

• 6 hrs: Mannequin work (building speed, direction, consistency)

• 2 hrs: Business strategy (branding, pricing, client etiquette)

• 2 hrs: Guided model practice (classic fill or half set)

Week 3 – Real Client Experience (10 hours)

• 4 hrs: Mannequin refinement (volume, layering, mapping tweaks)

• 2 hrs: Client prep, retention hacks, and management

• 4 hrs: Live model practice with guidance (sets + fills)

Week 4 – Test & Launch (10 hours)

• 4 hrs: Final model sets (working solo or semi-supervised)

• 2 hrs: Business launch planning (booking system, social media, marketing)

• 2 hrs: Exit assessment, feedback, and goal setting

• 2 hrs: Optional bonus day (photoshoot, model fill, or content creation)
