You already know how to do lashes. Now let’s change the way you see them.

This private, one-day hands-on training is designed for experienced lash artists who already understand the fundamentals of lash extensions but want to refine their work through better styling, stronger retention, cleaner execution, and more intentional design.

You don’t need another beginner lash class.

You need someone to look at what you’re already doing, identify what’s holding your work back, and show you how to correct it.

The goal is simple:

Your client should wear the lashes.
The lashes shouldn’t wear your client.

Instead of applying the same look to every eye, you’ll learn how to look at the individual client—their eye shape, natural lashes, features, and desired result—and make intentional styling decisions around them.

What We’ll Work On

Because this is an advanced training, we won’t spend the day reteaching beginner fundamentals or business.

Our time is focused on improving your actual lash work.

We’ll work on:

• Advanced lash styling and customization

• Reading different eye shapes

• Choosing flattering lengths, curls and placement

• Creating intentional shape instead of simply following a map

• Texture and dimension

• Creating soft, wearable lash sets

• Manipulating the appearance of the eye through lash placement

• Direction and consistency

• Layering techniques

• Creating cleaner, more balanced sets

• Identifying when lashes are overpowering a client’s features

• Retention troubleshooting

• Improving attachment and adhesive usage where needed

• Identifying weaknesses in your current technique

• Increasing speed without sacrificing the quality of your work

• Recreating inspiration while adapting it to the individual client

This Training Is Personalized to YOUR Work

This isn’t a class where you spend the day watching me create my work.

I want to see yours.

Before your training, you’ll submit examples of your current lash work so I can identify areas we should focus on during your intensive.

During our time together, I’ll watch how you work, make real-time corrections, explain what I’m seeing, and help you understand why a set isn’t producing the result you envisioned.

Sometimes the difference between a good lash artist and a great stylist isn’t learning another technique.

It’s learning to see what you couldn’t see before.

Hands-On Model Training

You’ll work hands-on with a live model while receiving direct guidance throughout the process.

We’ll evaluate the client’s natural lashes and features, create a styling plan, and work through your application together.

Rather than simply giving you a lash map to copy, I’ll help you understand the decisions behind the design so you can apply the same thought process to future clients.

The goal isn’t for you to leave knowing how to recreate one set.
The goal is for you to leave seeing every set differently.

Retention + Speed

Beautiful styling doesn’t matter if the lashes don’t last.

We’ll evaluate your current application and troubleshoot factors that may be affecting your retention, including attachment, adhesive usage, direction, placement, environment, and application habits.

We’ll also identify where you’re losing unnecessary time during your appointments and work on ways to become more efficient without sacrificing isolation, lash health, or the finished result.

What This Training Does NOT Cover

This is not a beginner lash certification course.

We will not spend extensive class time covering introductory sanitation, basic isolation, beginner application, or other foundational concepts you should already understand before attending.

This is also not a business, marketing, social media, or pricing course.

Our day together is intentionally focused on one thing:

Your lash work.

Who This Training Is For

This intensive is designed for working lash artists who already know how to apply lash extensions but feel like their work isn’t matching the vision in their head.

It’s especially suited for artists who can complete a set independently but want stronger styling, better customization, improved retention, cleaner execution, increased speed, or an experienced eye to identify what they should change.

If you are still learning basic isolation, placement, adhesive control, or how to safely complete a full set independently, the Blessed Beginner Lash Training would be the more appropriate starting point.

Continued Styling Education

Your private intensive is designed to correct and develop your individual work.

For continued access to my signature lash designs, maps, tutorials, texture techniques, and new styling education as I create new sets, you can continue learning through Blessed Lash Academy.

Think of it this way:

Private Intensive: I study your work.
Blessed Lash Academy: You study mine.

Certificate of Completion

Students who complete the intensive will receive a Blessed Beauty Studio Certificate of Completion.

This certificate recognizes completion of our private advanced training and does not constitute a state-issued professional license. Students are responsible for complying with licensing and scope-of-practice requirements where they intend to provide services.

Build the foundation before you build your style.

The Blessed Beginner Lash Training is an immersive, hands-on training designed to teach you the technical foundation needed to perform lash extension services safely, confidently, and professionally.

This training focuses on technique first.

Rather than overwhelming you with advanced styling or business strategies, we focus on developing the skills every lash artist needs before taking clients—from isolation and placement to adhesive control, retention, eye safety, taping, fills, removals, and more.

You’ll also learn the fundamentals of lash styling and mapping so you can confidently create beautiful, wearable sets. For artists who want to dive deeper into advanced styling, signature sets, texture, mapping, and lash design, continued education is available through Blessed Lash Academy.

This is a hands-on training. You’ll have the opportunity to practice your technique and work on live models while receiving direct guidance and corrections.

This Is a Technical Training

Our goal isn’t to teach you everything about the lash industry in a few days.

Our goal is to give you a strong technical foundation.

We’ll briefly cover the client-readiness essentials you need to begin offering services professionally—including consultations, aftercare, client expectations, basic policies, professional conduct, and considerations when pricing your services.

However, this training is not a business, marketing, social media, or advanced styling course.

Keeping these subjects separate allows us to spend our time together where it matters most: developing your hands.

Styling Education

You’ll learn basic mapping and styling during your beginner training because every lash artist needs to understand how to create a balanced set.

Advanced styling is intentionally taught separately through Blessed Lash Academy.

Inside the Academy, we go deeper into the artistic side of lashes through tutorials breaking down signature sets, advanced mapping, texture, shape manipulation, mascara and eyeliner-inspired effects, and the thought process behind creating customized lash designs.

Beginner Training teaches you how to lash.
Blessed Lash Academy teaches you how to design.

Hands-On Learning

Lashing is a hands-on skill, which means watching someone else isn’t enough.

Throughout your training, you’ll practice the techniques being taught and receive real-time feedback on your isolation, placement, direction, adhesive usage, taping, mapping, and overall application.

The goal isn’t simply to leave with information.

The goal is to leave understanding what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and what you need to continue practicing to improve.

Certificate of Completion

Students who complete the training will receive a Blessed Beauty Studio Certificate of Completion.

Please note that this certificate recognizes completion of our private training program and does not constitute a state-issued cosmetology, esthetics, specialty, or other professional license.

Licensing and scope-of-practice requirements vary by location. Completing this training does not independently authorize a student to provide lash services professionally where a government-issued license or registration is required. Students are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and licensing requirements applicable where they intend to practice.

Who This Training Is For

This training may be a good fit if you’re completely new to lash extensions, have previously trained but don’t feel confident in your fundamentals, want more hands-on guidance than an online beginner course can provide, or are already a licensed beauty professional looking to add lash extensions to your skill set.

You don’t need to arrive knowing how to create elaborate lash designs.

That’s not the goal yet.
